How to Meditate?

There really is no right or wrong with Meditation. What works for one person may not work for the next. So what feels right for your instincts and intuition is usually 99.9999% right for you. Trust your gut instincts.

Below is a helpful 5 step guide on where to start if you are a beginner. Remember, everything takes practice – it is unlikely you will be meditating for three hours non-stop for your first session.

A Brief Introduction: Tao, Taoism, Tao Te Ching & Lao Tze

The snow goose need not bathe to make itself white.
Neither need you do anything but be yourself.

Lao Tze – Tao Te Ching

Who is Lao Tze

The author of Tao Te Ching (pronounced ‘Dao De Jing’) – a classic Chinese text which heavily influenced Chinese Philosophy – is a fundamental book for the Philosophy and Religion Taoism.

What is Taoism
Taoism emphasizes the importance of living in harmony with the Tao (Chinese translation ‘The Way’). Taoism refers to Tao as the source, pattern and substance of everything in between. The ethics of Taoism begin with effortless action, naturalness, simplicity, spontaneity and the three treasures – Compassion, Frugality and Humility.

Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom.
Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power.”

Lao Tze – Tao Te Ching

What is Tao – The Way
“Tao is the source of all Universes. Tao is the Universal principles and laws. Millions of people in history have searched for Tao, studied Tao and practiced Tao, but only a very small number of people in history have accomplished and reached the goal of Tao.”

Manifesting: Unblocking Your Path

‘The trick with manifestation is not to talk about it, but to do it. You can tell everyone your plan, you can ask the universe to support you, you can even hold a special fire ceremony to usher it into realization, but it won’t mean anything if you don’t ground it in reality. If you are having trouble manifesting, look honestly and lovingly at what may be in the way – unresolved emotional issues, shame and self-doubt, preliminary practical steps. Don’t sit and spin – work genuinely on what is blocking your path. And, then when you are ready, channel that energy into constructive action. If you have a dream – DO IT into being.’

TAO TE CHING

‘When everyone recognizes beauty to be only a masquerade, then it is simply ugliness. In the same way, goodness, if it is not sincere, is not goodness. So existence and non-existence are incompatible. The difficult and easy are mutually opposites. Just as the long and short, the high and the low, the loud and soft, the before and the behind, are all opposites and each reveals each other.

Therefore the wise man is not conspicuous in his affairs or given to much talking. Though troubles arise he is not irritated. He produces but does not own; he acts but claims no merit; he builds but does not dwell therein, and because he does not dwell therein he never departs.’

KRYON: The State of the Earth

‘At this point, humans are as tiny molecules on a giant magnet, a magnet which is able to move things with enormous force if called on, but humans are only able to see far enough to dig tiny holes in the surface and suck out minuscule pieces of iron to burn for heat and power. You are like ants on a generator, wishing for electricity. The forest has eluded you, while you concentrate on consuming one leaf for fuel.’

KRYON: The End Times – BOOK ONE  / PAGE 14 – Copyright 1993

Kryon is a loving peaceful entity who brings messages of love and hope to humanity.

A 13 book series of direct channellings. Book One was first published in 1993 and is most definitely still relevant to this day. The words channeled through to Lee Carroll – who was a Californian Businessman until he connected with Kryon – are engulfed with a gentle, loving nature that is out of this world… literally.
A must-read for any curious soul.
